Dallas O'Bryant, an Eagle Scout from Troop 15, was installed in his new job as Lodge Chief during the January, 2009 Winter Fellowship held at Camp Seminole. 'Milkie", as Dallas is widely known, is well-known throughout the council. 

Dallas has served on Summer Camp staff numerous times, had been on a council Philmont trek, and will serve as an Asst. Scoutmaster for the 2010 National Jamboree contingent from the Pushmataha Area Council.

Dallas is seen receiving the Chief's Plaque from Vigil Honor member and Council Vice President Mark Guyton.
