Scouters:  Do you have a current, completed,  BSA medical form?  If it's been over a year since you filled one out, then your form is out of date.

The BSA now requires a medical form be filled out annually.  The good news is, this is a pretty easy task, as the form can now be comleted online, and printed out on your own printer.

All leaders must have parts A and C of the health form completed annually.  This is requried for all Scout activites, regardless of duration or location.

If the activity will be strenuous, or the event will exceeed 72 hours, then part B is also required.  Part B must be completed and signed by a certified and licensed health-care provider, such as a physician or nurse practitioner.
